I have also personally implemented Malaysia e-Invoice end-to-end — the complete IRBM / MyInvois API for service providers, X.509 digital signature, UBL 2.1 mapping, and all 5 document types.
The same architecture now lands in the UAE as DCTCE — a Peppol 5-corner model with PINT AE documents and Tax Data Document reporting to the FTA. This is not advisory at arm's length. This is production implementation experience.
Singapore and Malaysia mandates are fully live. The UAE pilot starts July 2026, with mandatory phases through 2027 — the window to build is now.
